Reviews Of Days Inn By Wyndham College Park/atlanta /airport South

Cons:The place smelled, and the room was dirty and old.

Cons:Loose outlets. My charger would slip out with the greatest ease. The cable kept going out. Wifi was too slow.

Cons:Free shuttle wasn’t available 24/7, was stranded at the airport for 3 hours waiting for the shuttle and it never showed up. And when i was checking out i was told the shuttle leaves at 6 am but it left around 6:30 am and it had limited seats so i ended up taking a rideshare to the airport to catch my flight

Cons:I booked this room through Kayak and upon arrival was told that they gave my room away because earlier they tried to run my credit card and said it declined. They offered me a single King bed for 20 more dollars than the original booked price. I called booking.com and they informed me that they were required to keep my room until 6pm in that situation. We arrived at 4:30pm and they did not honor the terms. We ended up getting the single King for only 5 dollars more than the booked price only after calling booking.com. Proceeded to give them the same exact card they said was declined and amazingly was approved. The girl that helped me at the desk was incredibly rude very uninterested in helping us with our situation. After getting up early to depart I went down to the lobby and the night person was sleeping at the front desk! I would not recommend staying at this location or possibly any Days Inn if this is exceptable service from their employees.
