I am an out of state four year college student and I want to transfer to UC Berkeley for fall 2012! I will have 62 credits by the end of my freshman year in college so I will be eligible. I plan on having a 4.0 for my first semester college grades . My question is, DO I HAVE A BETTER CHANCE BY APPLY TO HAAS FOR BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION OR SOCIAL SCIENCES FOR POLITICAL SCIENCE?!?! Haas has extremely stringent requirements that basically only California community college transfers can complete so you will likely be considered ineligible for admission. In order to qualify for admission consideration, you must complete the transfer breadth requirements as defined by the UCs:
