Graduation Rate: This indicator refers to the percentage of students who complete their degree within 150% of normal time . Schools that perform well in this area have a track record of keeping students engaged and successful for their entire time on campus. We weighted this category 30% of the total and retrieved the information from College Navigator.
Net Price: In order to make sure that cost was still a factor in the ranking, we also considered overall net price as an indicator. Taken from data on College Navigator, net price is an approximate value that refers to the average amount of money a student could expect to pay each year after taking into account tuition, room and board, living expenses, scholarship awards, and financial aid packages. We weighted this category 25% of the total.
Acceptance Rate: Academically challenging, popular universities tend to be more selective and thus have a lower acceptance rate. In order to pinpoint those colleges that boast rigorous academics and also receive a large number of applications, we considered acceptance rate the percentage of students out of the total number of applicants who receive an acceptance letter. We retrieved this information from College Navigator and weighted it 30% of the total.

How We Determined The Best Schools In Arizona For Jobs
Using the College Scorecard Data, we searched for the college in each state with the highest listed job placement ratings, looking specifically at employment levels at year 10 after students have graduated.
We limited the analysis to the 13 public and non-profit, four year institutions colleges in Arizona that offer at least a bachelors degree.
Then, we ranked each college from best to worst on the percentage of graduates with jobs. For the purposes of readability, each schools rating was then rounded down to the last two decimal places.
The school with the highest percentage of grads with jobs, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University-Prescott, earned the distinction of being the Best College For Jobs in Arizona.

You can almost always find out the average SAT/ACT scores and GPA of students who are accepted to a school’s honors college before you apply. Many college honors programs have higher requirements for standardized test scores and GPAs that determine whether an applicant qualifies for admission.
Though you shouldn’t necessarily let your GPA, class rank, or standardized test scores deter you from applying to honors colleges, these numbers can help give you an idea of where you stand going into the application process. Tommy Lloyd’s first Arizona team is expected to perform at nearly a Top 25 level, according to the preseason Associated Press Top 25 poll released Monday.
The Wildcats received 26 points in voting among 63 media voters, putting them 29th overall in the voting.
The Pac-12 had only two teams included in the Top 25 despite putting four teams in the Sweet 16 last season. UCLA was ranked No. 2, gaining the only first place votes other than top-ranked Gonzaga.
Oregon was ranked 13th while USC was not ranked after losing Evan Mobley from its Elite Eight team. The Trojans received the 28th most points in voting totals, however.
