Up Manila Return Service Agreement
UP Manila launched a Return Service Program in 2001 for students of its Health colleges to sign a contract that requires them to work in the Philippines for a period of not less than 2 years within 5 years after graduation.
The Return Service Agreement covers the different courses offered by:
- College of Allied Medical Professions
- College of Dentistry
- College of Public Health, and
- School of Health Services.
Under the RSA, graduates are mandated to serve in the country, preferably in accordance with the roles and nature of their respective professions and along the three major functions of the university, but not limited to education/training, research, and direct service. The Ap Exam I Want To Take Isnt Offered At My School What Should I Do
If your school doesnt offer the exam you want to take, youll need to arrange to take the exam at a local school that does administer it.
Your first step is to search the AP Course Ledger. The AP Course Ledger is the official, up-to-date, comprehensive list of schools that have passed the AP Course Audit. You can search by country, state/province, or city to find a school where you might be able to test. After finding schools near you that offer the course or courses you want to take exams for, do an internet search for the schools main phone number. Then call and ask to speak with the schools AP coordinator to ask if the school is allowing students from other schools to test there this year.
Look for and contact schools as early in the school year as possible. Updates will be made to the AP Course Ledger for 2021-22 in November, so if you still need to find possible schools, you can check the Ledger again in November to see if any schools in your area were added. If you are an F-1 Visa student, you must maintain full-time enrollment status and make satisfactory academic progress by maintaining a cumulative 2.0 grade point average . Grades of W and/or repeat coursework are not considered progression and will not be considered in maintaining your status. Repeated poor academic performance may result in academic suspension , which will lead to SEVIS termination.
Probation/Suspension
The first term you fall below a 2.0 grade point average will result in you being placed on academic probation. If you fail to meet the minimum standard the next semester of enrollment, you will be placed on suspension. This is a violation of your F-1 Visa status, which will result in being terminated in SEVIS. Reinstatement will require submitting a form to USCIS and paying a non-refundable fee of $370. The decision to allow reinstatement will be made by USCIS. Once a students record has been terminated in SEVIS, they may lose the ability to transfer to another institution.
