Ordering Regalia & Announcements
Grad Fair. The FSU Bookstore will host the Fall 2021 Grad Fair on September 27 and 28, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. A Herff Jones representative will be available to assist you with orders for gowns, rings, and announcements.
Online Orders. You may place your order online at until November 5. Graduates are encouraged to order their caps and gowns sooner rather than later to allow ample time for your order to be delivered. If you have questions, contact the FSU Bookstore at 644-0832.
Purchasing Regalia. If you want to purchase regalia, orders can be placed with the FSU Bookstore at . Submit your order as soon as possible because it can take six to eight weeks to process custom orders.

College Curriculum Cap Gown Tassel
Each college curriculum graduate who is participating in the graduation ceremony will receive a cap, gown, and tassel. Curriculum students have a navy-blue cap and gown.
Early College and Career & College Promise students should contact their Liaisons for information about purchasing caps and gowns.
No decorative attachments may be worn on your gown. Students who are members of the recognized honor societies Phi Theta Kappa, Phi Beta Lambda, or Sigma Alpha Pi, may wear appropriate pins and stoles.
What Is The Sizing For Regalia
Sizing for regalia is purchased by height categories ranging from 4’9″ to 6’8″. If purchasing your regalia online, you will be prompted to select your appropriate measurements depending on which product you are purchasing. Icipating In The Ceremony
Approved Regalia. Decorated caps are not permitted! You may not participate in the ceremony with a decorated cap.Marshals will remove improper attire, signs, and insignia. Any damage to mortarboards will result in a $45.00 fee for cap replacement. Please reference this tassel color-swatch sheet that provides examples of the tassel colors traditionally associated with the various academic disciplines.
Bachelor’s Candidate Tassel:
Wear the tassel on right side of the cap until degrees are conferred. Move the tassel to left when the President directs you to do so.
Master’s and Specialist’s Candidate Tassel:
