Transcript Information For Applicants Who Have Attended School Outside The Us

Each academic record must list the:

  • dates you attended the institution
  • titles of courses and examinations you completed
  • grades you received
  • any degree or diploma you may have received

Because it may take some time for schools outside the United States to forward your records to UC, you are encouraged to have available legible photocopies of your official foreign academic records. Do not send transcripts at the time of application. After you submit your application, be prepared to send these copies to the admissions office at each campus to which you have applied, only upon their request. Official transcripts will be required at the campus you elect to attend.

UC recognizes that it may be difficult to obtain foreign records in the event of political upheaval or natural disaster. However, these situations are rare. Failure to provide official records may jeopardize your enrollment at UC.

Current BC High School Students

All BC high school students must release their transcripts to KPU on the BC Ministry of Education StudentTranscripts Service . Once in STS:

  • Select “Send your transcript to a university, college, or other post-secondary institution”
  • Then select Kwantlen Polytechnic University from the Available Institutions picklist
  • Select “Send my transcript now and allow this post-secondary Institution to request updates until the date specified below leave the defaulted date to ensure KPU can access your final transcript.
  • Once you have completed your transaction, your transcript will be sent to KPU electronically.

Check your KPU Application Checklist regularly to track your progress.

Please note that proof of June graduation must be received in order to be eligible for Fall admission. High school students graduating in August may be eligible for Spring admission. High school students graduating in January may be eligible for Summer admission.
